Good Point, however, if the Trump administration turns this around quickly it can send it directly back to the Supremes using a Writ of Certiorari.
That is if the lower courts do not slow walk it, which of course is a rather long slow walk as it starts on Jan.31st, 2020 in Alaska. But I wouldn’t put it past them. Depends how quickly the Supreme Court will address it after the lower courts will of course rule against it.
