Chief traitor Roberts has stopped the citizenship question for the 2020 census by this bogus sending it back to the lower court for consideration of the government’s reason for adding the question. Even if the lower court OKs the reason, the date to add the question and get out the census forms for 2020 will have passed.
Roberts has joined the liberal in fixing the 2020 elections and all further elections by packing the voter rolls with illegals and fake names which will swell the Democrat vote.
When Pres. Trump fails to get reelected, the new Democrat president with Congress will turn our USA into a socialist state similar to Venezeula with will go bust in 10 to 20 years.
The IRS is has shown that it is capable of taking in a new set of rules in January of a given year, publishing those rules by February of the same year, and still be in time for Tax day April 15th of the same year. I cant believe I am defending anything IRS in this statement, but if they can do that for an entire nation, then the census folks are quite capable of changing the print of the census to add a single question in similar fashion. So this does not have to be the end of this.

Census has stated they can meet a later deadline, the July 1 deadline was arbitrary.
