Wednesday on MSNBC’s Democratic Candidates’ 2020 presidential hopeful former HUD Secretary and former San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro (D) said “on January 20, 2021 at 12:01 p.m., we will have a Democratic president and a Democratic House and Democratic Senate.”
Castro said, “I am the dad of a 10-year-old girl, Carina who is here tonight. The worst thing is that your child would be worried about safety in a place that is supposed to be safe. The answer is no, we don’t have to accept that. On January 20th, 2021 at 12:01 p.m. we will have a Democratic president and a Democratic House and Democratic Senate.”

I just spent time watching long documentaries on in both the 1968 convention and the 1972 convention and they’re quite fascinating to watch because yes history is repeating itself
What I really learned watching the 1968 fiasco was just how much the California wing nuts influenced the crowd be Mary prankster types who came out to Chicago. Tom Hayden et al
Yother thing that was kind of standing was just how heavy handed the Chicago Police Department was in their little blue uniforms and white helmets they look like the UN
Of course at the time the Vietnam war was Cryival in both elections 1968 and 1972 and the antiwar movement was the crux of the entire left wing movement
Now as we can see the left is really drifting in trying to grasp at giant wacky ideas and take extreme positions because they feel that they have to oppose whatever Donald Trump stands for

Stealing a National election requires a lot more $$$$$$$$$, brains & organization than the DIMs possess. Further, those of us who are sworn to protect the election from massive fraud won’t be asleep. either.
I predict that the 2020 election will be a bloodbath for the DIMocRATS & other LIBS/socialists, that will make them long for the election of 2016.= By 2000 hours on election night the DIMs/LIBs will be whining, wailing & weeping.
(In 2020 NONE of the 24 DIMs has a prayer of winning the WH.- A crowd of feckless nobodies describes all of the DIMs.)

Fwiw, this is NOT (THANK HEAVEN) the Bill Clinton or the Barack Obama era & the average voter has FINALLY (after seeing what those two DIMocRATS creeps could do in 16 years) learned that the so-called “mainstream press” LIES as often as they tell the truth.
(I know VERY few people “of reasonably normal IQ” who believe anything more controversial than the sports scores that THE SAN ANTONIO EXPRESS NEWS or any other “mainstream news” outlet claims.)
Public TRUST in the “news” media, once lost, is difficult or impossible to recover. = My guess is that if tomorrow that the “news” media started printing/broadcasting nothing but “the truth, the whole truth & nothing but the truth” it would be DECADES before trust was restored in the mass media’s reports/claims & in the minds of the majority of the adults of the Republic.
