Perhaps that too, but what I said was solid.
Add to that... Michigan still wanted the Justice Department grants that were supposed to pay the state for costs incurred supporting the Justice Department.
Now, they are refusing to comply and sued to keep the money anyway. Of course, a liberal judge agreed and blocked the Justice Department from withholding what were supposed to be discretionary grants.
