This guy had a green card, I don’t think he’s an illegal. But, he’s got a pretty sh*ttiy driving record, and it’s sad to think he was working for wages when this he killed those poor people (as alleged).
Reading the article - yes he has a green card. And the article explains in detail how a green card can be revoked if the person does not have a moral character. This guy has 12(?) years of DUIs, drugs, etc. proving that he doesn’t have a moral character. He should have been sent packing a long time ago.
No “alleged” to it. He killed them. It depends if he is found guilty. It would be a travesty if the murdering loser wasn’t .
