Reading the article - yes he has a green card. And the article explains in detail how a green card can be revoked if the person does not have a moral character. This guy has 12(?) years of DUIs, drugs, etc. proving that he doesn’t have a moral character. He should have been sent packing a long time ago.
His green card could have been revoked if they ordered him deported!!! He PROBABLY no longer has a green card!!!
