I think you need actual physical evidence and an official police report filed within 1 week of the crime. Or else forget about it. Go away. Don’t waste our time.
Both men and women need to adopt better behavior patterns so that unpleasant “incidents” cannot easily occur.
And people who try to initiate lawsuits based on events from 20 years ago should be sued into bankruptcy.

It’s not so much as them being from 20 years ago as there being no evidence whatsoever to support the claims, reducing everything to he-said, she-said, still leaving the accused in a no-win position.
If there’s real evidence... say, as in the Juanita Broderick case, then 20 years’ passage is not necessarily a disqualifier.
