Leading to the point that all the Fwee Twade kiddies miss: the trade agreements with China have been about politics, not economics. They were intended to reduce tensions with the major remaining Communist country on Earth, and only marginally provide any real free trade benefits - what were they gonna buy from us without any money in the first place?!

Located in Elk Creek Nebraska. (SE Nebraska.) Some of the same officers that operated Molycorp are involved with this mine development.

Niobium, Scandium, Titanium. There will probably be other REEs that will be located or can be refined from the tailings. Notable is that none of these three REEs are mined by the Chinese, so they cannot flood the market like they did with Molycorp.
