I would have targeted the houses of their leadership, including the military, and government buildings already with more than few cruise missiles. granted there will be collateral damage but it is essentially the same as when President Reagan went after Khaddaffi, minus the manned bombers.

It was reported today that a leak got out to Iran that the strike was imminent. They positioned 150 civilians around the sight, much like Saddam did, as well as Mohamar Khidaffi, did so that if the strike happened, the collateral damage would be broadcast world wide.
We have ordinance that could take out a person in a car, and not hurt other occupants right now. We just need to adjust the ordinance used. I think strategic shots at 1 minaret at a time on the Mosque, at time dropped by a B-2 in the middle of the day, might send a good message.
