Well, folks, I guess you’ll have to do something about your leadership then.... so that we do not have to. That’s kind of the entire point of the sanctions. Make them change their behaviors, or else change your leadership... or else keep dealing with the consequences of inaction.

Funny how the AP does not mention that Iran spends millions on military adventures in Yemen and Syria as well as support for terrorists. Also, how much funding is supporting their nuclear program? Interesting how AP neglects to mention any of this, as that is the reason for the sanctions.
They could try to stop chanting Death to America. Might help their situation.

Iran depends on keeping their regime forces (which includes the mullahs) paid and working full-time to keep the Iranian population in line. At the point they can no longer to that, they fall.
And Iran has lots of army veterans among their civilian population.
I’d like to read the article pointing out how sanctions are hurting Russian citizens. You know, the sanctions caused by a Russian hoax.
The Ukraine has gotten its pound of flesh from Russia and the Biden family and the Deep State has gotten rich off it too.
