My worries are that all these drugs are not being filtered out at the waste treatment plant and coming back to us all in our tap water. Not good.
What a waste of money.
That's why I never drink sewage from senior centers because of all those pharmaceuticals and vaccines they're taking. /s

Water treatment plants remove solids, pathogens, nitrogen, and phosphorus, not drug residue. However, the chemicals are highly diluted after being released into your reservoir or river.
A sewage plant employee dropped his jacket into the cesspool and was trying to fish it out with a stick when his friend asked him why, and he said - “my lunch and reefer is in the pocket, dude”.

At least the fish will be happy.

I can now understand why the salmon industry is having so much trouble up here in Washington state. The fish are getting high and can’t, don’t want to, or can’t find their way, travel up the rivers to spawn or get caught. There is probably a large conglomeration of them right at the entry to the Columbia River right now just as stoned as clams.

LOL! Also, even if they made it to the spawning grounds, they couldn’t reproduce because the water is full of residue from birth control pills.
They found similar findings when prescription drugs became a problem.
It is going to get worse.
