I need a California resident to let me know how much he/she is paying for electricity per KW-hr. Include taxes and fees, please. Probably the easiest thing is to give a small table:

Total Tax
Total Fees
Total cost

Here's a link to a page containing typical bills. Though it's put out by an electric company, it looks somewhat similar to a bill I was paying when I left California five years ago.
