MOAB is very effective, but you have to have complete air supremacy to use it. The C-130 would get shot down in an environment that was still contested in any way by air defense missiles or enemy aircraft air-to-air.
Never said to use a MOAB there.
But a cruise missile can carry a thousand pounder.
