GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham had some tough advice for President Donald Trump on Wednesday should the Iranians make good on new threats to begin large-scale uranium enrichment and attack more tankers in the Persian Gulf — strike back against Tehran’s economic and military assets.
“My ‘red line’ is if there’s any more disruption of shipping in the Strait of Hormuz that’s linked to Iran,” the South Carolina Republican said. “Take out their navy, bomb their refineries if there’s any more attacks on American interests.
“Go after Iran so that they’ll…feel pain,” he continued. “I’m not talking about invading Iran, I’m not talking about a land invasion. If they go back into the enrichment business at a level that would lead to a nuclear weapon, we need to sit down with Israel and other allies and come up with a way to stop it.”

Dude. Graham. Come on. War is dumb and to do it off these few things, stupid!!! Secondly if we are going to war don’t tell the other side, that’s stupid too. Just dumb all around. Plus we cant trust the UK and CIA info, both have shown proof over and over they are compromised.

I think they are just rattling. Iran is behaving like a two year old. They are best ignored as long as no one is dying.
They will make a bigger mistake and that will cause the rest of the world to be OK with slapping them.
Until that point, if we escalate, we will be seen as the bad guy.

Create another failed state for terrorists to recruit from and hide in.

Get another few hundred (or thousands in the case of a ground war) Americans killed.
We’ve spent enough blood and treasure in Iraq and Afghanistan for the past 20 years.
We do not need to start another war with Iran.

Priority targets should be Iran’s anti-ship batteries and navy assets.
Agree with Linda. A limited/targeted military strike on Iran, though not a ground invasion, would be the right response. Israel and the Saudis could assist.
Iran will scream that Trump and America are bullies and go crying to the UN.
