Trump is the least partisan President in my lifetime. Heck — I don’t think any presidential candidate ever ran a campaign like he did, where
he openly opposed several major planks of his own party’s national platform (immigration and trade). I’ve seen numbers suggesting that 30% (or more) of the people who attend his rallies are DEMOCRATS. It doesn’t get much less partisan than that.
