He will get pardoned the day after the next presidential election. Which will do nothing for the State charges he is about to face, which is why he was being transferred to a State institution.

The problem is Mueller and the leftist NY AG have orchestrated a State felony charge. Trump can issue a pardon or commutation for Federal crimes but not for State crimes.
