They want this BECAUSE they know voter ID is coming SO giving the illegals drivers licenses solves that problem AND they will be able to vote NO PROBLEM!!!

Liability insurance is required only if you own a vehicle. The question that is serious re safety is will they be allowed to apply for Class E licenses that are needed to drive for hire vehicles. Class D licenses which are the most common will allow illegals to drive trucks up to 26K Lbs., useful for most landscaping and light construction, and home imptovement companies. These type vehicles are commercially insured. So insurance will be required of the illegal alien driver only if he owns his car or truck. I am trying to investgate the more serious voting matter.
