As a former 11B3P NCO with recruiter time (42 lousy sucking chest wound involuntary months on the bag) I chose to pass up on quite a few wannabes for the sake of my Army. My First Sergeant didn’t think well of that tactic, but I was going back to the field so I didn’t want to deal with my own trash. GIGO.

The only time in the field he should have under arms, is on his X-Box "Call Of Duty" game.
And it was proven in his horrid tactics. Really? Cross a street under fire from multiple adversaries? Not finding cover instead?
