Xanax comes in handy when I’m on the floor, shaking and paralyzed from a panic attack. All it does is relax me.
My prescription is for two .05 mgs a day. If I take one when my anxiety isn’t particularly bad, then I can’t even tell that I’ve taken one.
Now, when I can’t sleep, they can help.
All I’m saying is that Benzos are legitimate meds.
Alcohol can be used by rapists for the same purpose.
