13 shootings, 15 victims: Another weekend of Philly violence...and that doesn't count the stabbings and the guy dragged to his death in the car-napping - how's that attempt to banish "stop and frisk" working out for ya' Mayor Kenney?......

Hmm...Chicago, Baltimore, Philadelphia. There must be a common denominator, but I cant for the life of me figure it out.The names all contain both 'a' and 'i'. Hope that clarifies it.

A total lack of sensible gun control is the common denominator

I caught a portion of the recent debate during the primary - Kenney was bragging that under his administration stop and frisk had been reduced by ninety percent - the other two were promising that if elected they would abolish it completely - and only a few minutes later they were all struggling to come up with a solution to the rising crime wave in Philly - a real bunch of nitwits......

Then what we need is anti-car zones since cash for clunkers is no longer in effect for at least 5 years.

Im going to guess its more of a issue with the mayor throwing the police under the bus so they refused to be proactive and basically just let s#*^ happen And respond to the call afterwards to document the mess.
