Uh, who's footing the bill for the lawyers? Will tax payers end up paying for this crap? Probably in the long run. Lucky for us, they'll promise to show up for their court dates. Right? But hey, once they're on U.S. soil, they're protected right?

I hope some clever Government lawyer files a motion for summary judgment based on the fact that no one is required to do the impossibile.
Impossibility is a common law defense to any charge.

"According to the lawsuit, the illegal aliens want themselves, as well as others in the facilities, to be released on bond."Fine.
- Set bond at $1,000,000 if you can show identity papers and if you're home country confirms your identity and indicates that you are not a criminal.
- Set bond at $100,000,000 if you can't and release only after the government has sufficient time to run basic verification checks on you.
- For that matter, why aren't we requiring bond for releasing any of them?

LOL!! You don’t want to be in over-crowded conditions? Then wait your turn, and come here legally.

Shouldn’t they be suing themselves & their fellow illegals, since THEY are the ones CAUSING the overcrowding???
Sheesh.
Here’s hoping a common-sense judge tosses this out, on the grounds of “they have no standing”.

The fact that we even have to entertain this as a possibility is a statement on how far we’ve fallen since Eisenhower. I’m no lawyer, but it seems to me they have no standing to sue. This case should be dismissed outright, and they should be billed for any court costs, however small, for the quick dismissal.
