President Trump’s pro-life administration showed transformative leadership this week, prohibiting government laboratories from trafficking in aborted baby parts and intensifying the protection of human subjects for any remaining outside “research” authorized by statute. This new, exacting oversight is crucial.
I speak from some personal experience, having participated in gathering the Center for Medical Progress’ undercover videos of top-level Planned Parenthood leaders, who admitted the organization’s involvement in the trade in baby body parts. These videos shocked the conscience of the American people in 2015, but the atrocity of government-funded fetal experimentation grows more horrifying the closer we look.
National Institutes of Health (Health and Human Services’ research branch) grantee Dr. Jörg C. Gerlach, an “experimental surgeon” at the taxpayer-funded University of Pittsburgh, has developed and published on a grotesque technique to harvest fresh, pristine livers from intact babies delivered alive in late-term abortions “at a gestational age of 18 to 22 weeks.” Gerlach’s liver-harvesting “protocol” is used for experimental stem cell transplants according to “current Good Manufacturing Practice,” or cGMP, guidelines developed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, another arm of HHS.

Harvested babies have their blood used for transfusions to make people, usually rich people, live longer. Baby parts are used in cosmetics. This is sick.

I [David] went undercover with hidden video cameras for almost 3 years to document and expose Planned Parenthood's criminal sale of aborted baby body parts, because nobody else would, and it was the right thing to do.
Now Planned Parenthood, a biased federal judge, and a bogus legal scheme concocted by Kamala Harris are conspiring to fine me $195,000 for it.
In the 4 years since I started releasing the shocking and unforgettable footage of Planned Parenthood's top leadership callously negotiating the harvesting and sale of tiny baby hearts, lungs, livers, and brains, Planned Parenthood's barbaric abortion empire has been totally exposed:
-Two Congressional investigations issued dozens of criminal referrals against them,
-A southern California prosecutor shut down two of their biggest baby parts vendors,
-The Trump Administration's Health and Human Services Department has issued new rules to eliminate taxpayer-funded experimentation with aborted baby parts,
-and the FBI and U.S. DOJ continue to investigate Planned Parenthood and their business partners.
Because of this, Planned Parenthood and their allies have been retaliating against me and my organization, The Center for Medical Progress, non-stop since 2015.
I already beat one lawsuit from their business partners StemExpress, who were harvesting and selling baby body pars (with bonus payments per organ!) from the biggest Planned Parenthood centers in northern California. And I defeated bogus criminal charges filed against me in Houston, TX by a corrupt District Attorney with ties to the local Planned Parenthood (the DA was thrown out of office in the next election).
And the federal 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled this year that my videos are authentic, accurate, and reliable evidence that Planned Parenthood in Houston was using illegal partial-birth abortions to harvest more marketable body parts from late-term abortions.
But Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation are still pressing two tyrannical federal lawsuits against me in San Francisco federal court, in front of Judge William Orrick III. These lawsuits include a gag order against the publication of some of the worst footage I ever recorded of Planned Parenthood's top-level leadership.
Judge Orrick founded, ran, and funded a Planned Parenthood clinic in San Francisco years ago--part of the same Planned Parenthood suing me in his courtroom!--and remained associated with it up through the filing of the lawsuits, yet he has steadfastly refused to recuse himself from the cases. And his fellow San Francisco judges have failed to hold him accountable.
Meanwhile, Planned Parenthood convinced their ally in the California Attorney General's office, now presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris, to launch an unprecedented criminal investigation and bogus prosecution of me under the California video recording law! Not a single other undercover journalist has ever been prosecuted under the California video recording law, and they record and publish hidden camera stings on a weekly basis. My case is the first and only one, because it is Kamala Harris's politically-motivated attack on my First Amendment rights to benefit her friends and donors at Planned Parenthood.
That brings us to this $195,000 fine. Planned Parenthood's cronies in the California AG's office are trying to use the secret, unreleased videos that Judge Orrick censored from publication as the evidence to prosecute me. The San Francisco State Court ordered the AG's office to give me and my defense lawyers copies of these videos years ago, with no restrictions on their use.
So when the California AG formally filed these bogus charges, my defense team--Hon. Steve Cooley, three-time DA of Los Angeles and his Deputy DA Brent Ferreira--decided to file the evidence in my defense. These videos prove that the conversations were NOT "confidential" and the recordings were made to gather evidence of violent criminality in the abortion industry.
But Judge Orrick, Planned Parenthood, and NAF reacted viciously, accusing me, CMP, and my lawyers of contempt of Judge Orrick's court and fining us $195,000! Judge Orrick and Planned Parenthood are trying to put their thumbs on the scales of justice and ban my defense lawyers from defending me with the same evidence that the California AG is using to prosecute me!
We appealed this obviously unjust sentence to the federal 9th Circuit, and last week the 9th Circuit declined to consider it until the end of the federal lawsuits. So for now, the fine stands--my team had to scramble to come up with $195,000 to hold in an escrow bond while the federal cases and appeals continue.
That is $195,000 that should be being used to defeat these blatant attacks on our First Amendment rights and to produce more video exposes of Planned Parenthood's sale of baby body parts.
I promise you I am fighting to make sure that not one cent goes to the abortion industry. But I need your help to keep pressing forward full steam ahead, until we bring Planned Parenthood and those who traffic in aborted baby body parts to justice under the law.
I need your help to replace the $195,000 that Judge Orrick unjustly fined us to try to shield his friends at Planned Parenthood from public scrutiny.

The things I learn about every week are beyond comprehension. Who could imagine the evil? I recall when I heard about homosexuality — when I was about 20, I guess — I could not believe it. “People really DO that?!?” Compared to other things that go on, that was pretty tame.

I read about a vision that a man had in which stated that he was standing on the ground and blood was oozing from the ground; he didn’ understand what it meant until the Lord impressed upon him that the blood was from abortion.

I thought this kind of "medicine" died with Dr. Mengele in the 1940s. Looks like it's been lying dormant for 70+ years, and is now rearing it's ugly head in post-Obama America.
