Excellent lesson lost on the supporters of Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin and this young man.
I don't see how you get to that conclusion.
Isn't the Huxtable family basically living a standard American upper-middle-class lifestyle, like that of other shows like The Brady Bunch, or Eight Is Enough, or Family Ties ?

Exactly, and it is a tribal culture. That is why so many of them celebrated when O.J. was acquitted. They knew he was guilty, but it didn’t matter. He was one of them, and other races are the enemy.
You are so correct, but I will disagree on one point. The Barbarians are not at the gates, they’re inside the gate and that’s why we should be armed up, one never knows when one of these animals is going to pop out of a shadow and attack.

That’s the real tragedy. In a white neighborhood, and if he were white, the neighbors would have reported him and called the cops. Everybody would have been happy to see him gone and, SURPRISE, a lot more of the people would have been armed. My neighborhood, for example, is gun saturated and I’m proud to be one of the saturators.

The urban black community does not trust LEOs and look at them more as an occupying force. It doesn’t matter of they hire more black officers, community outreach programs or public meetings.
Whether you think it’s right or wrong, blacks would rather live with a criminal than have anything to do with law enforcement. I think it stems from the fact that incarceration rates are high for blacks in general and young black males in particular. Those in and out of prison have families and friends and most all of them will take their side over law enforcement. The prevailing attitude is that talking to law enforcement will get them into more trouble with elements of the black community. Talking with the police could open up some informants to legal jeopardy as accomplices or petty crime offenders so they shut up (that’s not unwise).
Law enforcement will not solve this problem. A tough crackdown will reinforce hostile attitudes against police and authority. De facto no go zones are sometime the only pragmatic approach at least on the short run, but are by no means a solution.
Sounds like the young man is like much of Memphis.

We went from the center of the “L” and swept into Kuwait City with tremendous close air and artillery support after bombing the crap out of the Iraqis.
Overwhelmingly is my best friend.
