So 40,000 divided by 2.2 million disposable diapers pending delivery. The ROE would prohibit them handling anything more sinister than that. The Obama-appointed JCOS have effectively disarmed America. C'mon, you already know that. The only way the U.S armed forces get to use weapons is in somebody else's war.
