Trump could solve this immediately but won't. We have hundreds of thousands of military men sitting in barracks that could be on the border. The solution: 40,000 fully armed military on the border. That is all it would take.

So 40,000 divided by 2.2 million disposable diapers pending delivery. The ROE would prohibit them handling anything more sinister than that.
