It’s good to know that our public debate on abortion and human life is being regulated by the experts at a social media network known best for meme-posting. The pro-life group Live Action found itself blocked from Pinterest this morning, supposedly for purveying “misinformation” about abortion. The group and its executive director, Lila Rose, announced that the platform had confirmed its decision to bar Live Action:

...these ‘private’ elite companies who have usurped and twisted the language of free enterprise and society — to suit their leftist agenda. Eventually we’ll resemble China with our surface capitalism, but anti-democratic core of leftist repression.

We're talking about Pintrest for heavens sake.

Because a government that enshrines the robbing of innocent life, is not a government you can trust to enshrine your own freedoms.

Like the freedom to use my private property the way I like?

Someone needs a history lesson about our Founding Fathers and the nature of rights and property...And a review on John Locke too, who even said suicide was the ultimate affront to Natural Law.

And ancients as far back as Hippocrates were not impressed with either abortion or euthanasia.

They knew how bad it was for civilization.

“all social media firms that have a monopoly on information”

Multiple companies have a monopoly on the same thing?

“Big Tech choking off access from the very beginning.”

Then it’s a pretty clear case of anti-competitive practices and whoever owns Gab can probably make more money off a lawsuit than they are making off the website. Why aren’t they pursuing it?

Well, the government is actually finally looking into that, but only since last month I think.

Pretty sure it was AG Barr that lit the fire under some butts to get moving and do their jobs.

It’s clear that if all the social media major players had their way, they would block all conservative content. Since they would not be able to get away with such extremism, they are attempting to accomplish the same by degrees. They are even getting a pass from many conservatives, who say private companies can censor. At this rate, the internet will soon be controlled entirely by Leftists.

I know PragerU is suing for censorship and violation of the First Amendment. The Youtuber going by the handle Youtuber Law is suing on the anti-competition law violations.
