Lawfare is the term you are looking for, and it is certainly being employed here.

This makes a mockery of the justice system, and will ultimately make people think about going extra-judicial in response. This is not a good thing.

Sarah Palin had to resign as Governor of Alaska because of frivolous lawsuits be the demonicrats. She won all 20 lawsuits by one democrat but it was still bankrupting her and costing her millions as the state would not help her. The gay mafia has taken over much of the state because Colorado was the first state to pass a law that marriage was between a man and a woman. The revenge runs deep.

They’re doing to the cake maker what Congress is doing to Trump. Someone should take him on pro bono & counter sue - she filed a previous lawsuit that was thrown out & now has another lawsuit? It’s harassment/persecution.

Isn’t malicious litigation a tort? I thought its something you could be charged with, at least as a civil crime.
