Been hearing about rotating brownouts in areas prone to fire (supposedly the wind blows the wires together, causing sparks and fire).

If I was sweltering in a house with no power, therefore no A/C, I would be outraged that any state surplus was going to free healthcare for illegals, rather than repairs and upgrades to the grid.

Summer is just beginning, and so are the brownouts, so no one's complaining yet. That will change soon.

Most of the voters in my state don't.

And many of them, just so long that they get their free stuff, are just fine with whatever the State says or does.
