I worry sometimes that Roberts will assume the deciding-vote status that Anthony Kennedy had. He's the most likely one to peel off, in order to preserve the "stature " of the court. Shakes head....

Probably true. But I suspect her real motive is to put public pressure on Roberts. He’s allergic to 5-4 decisions and to the notion of a divided Court.
