If you are blocked by @williamlegate then twitter is shadow banning you, or so I am told, I went to that page and I was blocked so I am being shadow banned.
I’m not sure what you mean, do you mean this page? He is not blocking me from seeing his page, I don’t understand how that would be related to shadow banning. What convinced me that I was being shadow banned was my responses to people were being deleted.
