I’ll agree to that IF... ONCE A YEAR... have a lady in pajamas shot him in a way that does not kill him and force him to stay in the hospital and recover.

I think the guy does have an IQ of 68 or at least the mind of a 5 year old to suggest that 2 weeks a year was sufficient punishment. He’ll be out on parole in about 4 years if he behaves himself.
