What’s the charge, Nancy? Just because you don’t like someone doesn’t mean they go to jail in USA.
The speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, 3rd in line to the presidency, announces she wants to see the current President of the U.S. imprisoned.

This is yet another example of why the current line of succession is improper. It mixes different branches of government. And it often mixes different parties with different agendas.
I like the method used 1886 from 1947: Use the president’s cabinet in the order of the establishment of the departments, beginning with the Secretary of State.
