Mayor Bill de Blasio said Tuesday that anti-Semitism is a “right-wing movement” — while rejecting a claim that the left plays any role in discriminating against Jews.
“I think the ideological movement that is anti-Semitic is the right-wing movement,” de Blasio said at a Brooklyn press conference Tuesday about the increase of hate crimes in New York City. Hate crimes against all minority groups are up 64% compared to this time last year. Anti-Semitic incidents have spiked by 90%.

The badly misnamed “alt-right” is anything but “right-wing”, they are a variant of neo-Nazi. And at heart of ANY ideology based on the Nazi doctrines, it is first of all SOCIALIST. Everything to the right of all-out Marxist theory is somehow designated as “right-wing”, but still far away from any individual freedom-loving conservative or libertarian who believes in a representative republic that reflects the will of a periodic polling of the public at large, and reflected in a voting regimen based upon knowledgeable and clear-minded citizens acting in personal best interests. It is a given that a rather more or less realistic teaching of history and civic responsibility has been part of the educational background of each of the knowledgeable voters, and they keep themselves informed on current events, from reliable sources.
Unfortunately, none of these prerequisites are being put in place and used consistently in today’s venue.

De Blasio does not exist in a political and social vacuum. His comments are delusional but it is what the people on the Left believe. They are virulent claiming that there is not the least bit of anti Semitism at the core of their anti Zionism. What is worse, most Jews on the Left are comfortable with the anti Zionism that is now a necessary tenet for serious leftists.
