Some unidentified members supposedly said that they had been hurt by his prayer.
Politico printed a false headline and a dishonest story. Their goal was tp pit evangelicals against the president.
I saw that thread yesterday. Plenty of folks questioned the accuracy.
Believe little or nothing.... fake news is everywhere.
I am glad to read this. I think we all have learned to wait at least 48 hours after any “TRUMP IS HATED BY EVERYONE!!!” story to be given the truth.
“Hurt by his prayers.”
Well, there’s always just being honest with themselves and leaving that church and entering hedonism so that they won’t be hurt or uncomfortable anymore.
Big Media lied.
Again.
As usual.
Because that is what they do.
Sharks bite.
Skunks stink.
Big Media lies.
It's their nature.
What I’ve witnessed recently from “journalists” on the major networks and comedians alike (hard to tell the difference these days) is that it is now A.O.K. to take actual events and transcripts totally out of context when they can twist the meaning to the opposite of the truth.
For example from CBS to Steven Colbert, they use ONE line in the Markle story from Trump that is way out of context to support their a*sinine lies - really shameful.
Any headline that seems provocative is click bait and probably fake news.
Why didn’t the media pound away adn show Dr. Manning and ATLAH ministries going after Obama repeatedly for 8 years? /rhetorical question.
This is much more believable about David Platt. He is strongly Bibically based and seems to have a level head.
Polutico
So, is Politico going to apologize for falsely claiming the pastor apologized?
This and the one about Graham were fake stories to get people riled up. We are commanded in Scripture to pray for those in authority, and Sunday at many churches was designate specifically as the day to pray for the President.
Our church prays for the President, whoever the President is, for wisdom and guidance from God.
