Over a year ago, I asked in this space whether U.S. attorney John Huber could impartially and fully investigate FISA court abuses and other matters in which his boss, Deputy A.G. Rod Rosenstein, was up to his eyeballs. In "Can Huber Investigate His Boss Rosenstein?," I asked:
While it is reassuring to note that A.G. Jeff Sessions has climbed down from the back side of the milk carton, where his missing visage had been hiding, long enough to appoint Utah U.S. attorney John Huber to independently investigate claims of FBI abuses in surveilling the Trump campaign and other matters, one question remains. Can he investigate the commission of his boss, Rod Rosenstein's, of a fraud upon the FISA court by signing a FISA warrant application that relied on a fake British-Russian dossier financed by Team Hillary and the DNC?

Sessions defended the criminals who persecuted Cliven Bundy, et al. Their prosecutorial misconduct was so egregious that Gloria Navarro threw the case out with prejudice!
It is not rude to point that out; it is germane: Sessions is an Institutionalist who defends his institutiins, not a Constitutionalist who impartially asserts rule of law upon all, powerful or powerless, inside the beltway or outside.
No matter what comes out, some of the illicit, even illegal, things he has done are a matter or record, and cannot be undone. His Oath was to the Constitution, not to the DOJ, nor to the White House.
Why did Trump approve?
Both Horowitz (Inspector General) and Huber were Obama appointees.
Trump should have replaced both of them his first day in office.
Instead, he allowed Sessions to put them in charge of the Hillary investigation.
Politically insane!
I see that you’re still putting up humorous posts about Sessions. Few readers appreciate your sarcasm about Sessions, but I really get a laugh from it.
Was that an old SNL skit?
I don’t remember it if it is.
Yes, I think that was Andy’s first appearance on SNL.
Did they ever release DVDs of the early SNL seasons?
Interesting. I just checked it and its gone as well. It was a video of him explaining that there was no need for the mass arrests anymore because the culprits hve already been arrested and pled guilty. It was unmistakably him.
I guess with these dirtbags i need to screenshot before they delete.
She’s wearing a satellite connected ankle monitor!
Who you gonna believe, an anonymous person making money off gullible folks or your own common sense?
So Attorney General Barr what is Huber up too?
"The other issues [Huber has] been working on relate to Hillary Clinton are "winding down and hopefully we'll be in a position to bring those to fruition," Barr said.
Seeing as you trolls can't even read here is the definition of fruition...
fru·i·tion
noun
the point at which a plan or project is realized. "the plans have come to fruition sooner than expected"
