No. We do not need to go the politically fraught route of treason.

If laws were broken, persons can be prosecuted, whether or not they are still in office. If regulations were violated, then the agency IG and Congress can publicly condemn those violations and those who committed them (as Congress has an obligation to do in its oversight role), and if a violator is still in office they can be reprimanded or dismissed.

Politically, that is a far as you are likely to get.

The only problem with that though, could the President be considered "the Government of the United States"? It seems to me the people elected Trump for a specific kind of government, and people like Brennan tried to deny the people that by overthrowing Trump but I'm no legal expert on this.
