Mexico has been propped up by the US for generations. The US has been more than a friend and given preferential treatment to Mexico. In return, Mexico has always taken every opportunity to stab their friend, the USA, in the back. It is a dishonest nation, IMO.

BUT, this ‘line in the sand BS (Which was around long before the BO BSer) gets old.
Everytime you ‘threaten’ someone say 10 days down the road, the threat sort of abates as more people drop off especially when it gets down to the 10th ‘threat’.
I realize there is protocol and he has been trying to ‘work’ with the few in the group that may believe it is in their best interest to stick with him..’US’ supporters don’t have any main stream outlet so whenever ‘they’ say 99% of the populace ‘hates your guts’, ‘WE’ don’t have an outlet to disprove it and by the time we round up enough ‘showems’ they have moved on to a different slam.

I guess to send an official who openly distains
the President is the new diplomacy. It reminds me
of Pelosi taking a press conference swipe at Trump
as she is on her way to meet w/Trump. So, yes, Trump
does dish it out like no other prez before but he
knows when to turn it on and off. To send a negotiator
who publicly showed his dislike for Trump won’t help
the cause of Mexico.
