Religion has not lost its influence... it has become a religion of control and power with man deciding who and what is truth, what is justice, with zero absolute truth.
It is the religion of if it feels good do it. It is, circular madness. Our grandchildren will pay dearly... they already are.
The current papal head cheese is a good example of religion gone wrong. IMHO. Well maybe just IMO.
