Things like the so-called “Equal Rights Amendment” would make the US Constitution exactly like the constitutions of the USSR and Red China in that respect, which openly declare women to have “equal rights with men in all spheres of economic, state, cultural, social and political life” as Article 122 of Stalin’s constitution rendered it.
