Roxsana Hernandez Rodriguez, an HIV-positive transgender woman who sought asylum in the United States

And what would a life time of HIV medical care cost the American taxpayer? What about the other people he/she could or would infect? How many more HIV+ individuals are sneaking across our border?

Why does HIV positive endow victim status?

The ultimate victim would be a trans female Spanish-speaking HIV positive m*slim gender fluid with a peanut allergy.

ICE health officials have been notified of 236 confirmed or probable cases of mumps among detainees in 51 facilities in the past 12 months, compared to no cases detected between January 2016 and February 2018. Last year, 423 detainees were determined to have influenza and 461 to have chicken pox. All three diseases are largely preventable by vaccine.

In FY 2018, the [Yuma] sector [of the Border Patrol] incurred more than $700,000 in medical care costs to cover 1,700 aliens who were apprehended and who had to be transported to the hospital. ... Other aliens show up sick, particularly children, some of whom are suffering from illnesses not generally seen in modern American society, including mumps, measles, and tuberculosis, as well as others with influenza, scabies, and other skin diseases. Plainly, the Border Patrol is not able to turn these individuals away without treatment.

8 USC 1182: Inadmissible aliens:

(a) Classes of aliens ineligible for visas or admission
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, aliens who are inadmissible under the following paragraphs are ineligible to receive visas and ineligible to be admitted to the United States:

(1) Health-related grounds
(A) In general

Any alien-

(i) who is determined (in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services) to have a communicable disease of public health significance; 1
(ii) except as provided in subparagraph (C), who seeks admission as an immigrant, or who seeks adjustment of status to the status of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, and who has failed to present documentation of having received vaccination against vaccine-preventable diseases, which shall include at least the following diseases: mumps, measles, rubella, polio, tetanus and diphtheria toxoids, pertussis, influenza type B and hepatitis B, and any other vaccinations against vaccine-preventable diseases recommended by the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices,
(iii) who is determined (in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services in consultation with the Attorney General)-

(I) to have a physical or mental disorder and behavior associated with the disorder that may pose, or has posed, a threat to the property, safety, or welfare of the alien or others, or
(II) to have had a physical or mental disorder and a history of behavior associated with the disorder, which behavior has posed a threat to the property, safety, or welfare of the alien or others and which behavior is likely to recur or to lead to other harmful behavior, or
(iv) who is determined (in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services) to be a drug abuser or addict, is inadmissible.

Really pretty understandable. Got as communicable disease that is a threat to people, you can’t come in. I guess the media forgot to mention that with the cross dresser.

See my tag line. Just watched the old BBC production of I CLAUDIUS. Saw Caligula(John Hurt) do his pervert dance. Today it would be considered...”art” or “normal”, in some circles.

And it’s extremely frustrating that this is not what people believe in general. They believe the anti-Vaxxers are the culprit. I don’t necessarily agree with them but it’s the illegals who started this.

I saw “I Claudius” on public TV when I was about 14 back in 1977 or so.

It was pretty heady stuff for a kid whose sexual knowledge was gleaned from a few quick peaks from a Playboy or National Graphic.

Now one sees this crap walking in any middle size city or larger.
Like living in Sodom or Gomorrah.

“...an HIV-positive transgender woman who sought asylum in the United States”

This is why President Trump’s “merit-based” immigration proposal is so obviously wrong. Why should educated people who have demonstrable skills needed by this country get in ahead of a delusional man who is pretending to be a woman and who happens to have a deadly communicable disease?

Let’s see

People were crippled and died from disease
Geniuses developed vaccines
Vaccines were administered
Diseases were eradicated
Unvaccinated people were allowed to invade
Eradicated diseases made a comeback

Libs: No correlation can be made as to why
these diseases re-emerged, bigot

I don’t really blame the illegals that much. I don’t feel they are being identified as a group of people coming from a third world country to escape the violence and they are bringing what they have, good and bad.

But, they also are currently standing in a country with an asylum program and have walked a couple of thousand miles through it to get to our border. They don’t want asylum, they want our prosperity and they won’t be able to do anything but profit by it at our expense.

And with the huge amount of them, there is almost no way to differentiate those that can make it on their own versus those that are going to have nothing but desperation and be excess baggage to harm that prosperity I mentioned. And all that group can do is harm us along with more harm to them unless they take advantage of us and there still will be harm to all. There is no positive side.

The mass media will be there and cover every last bit of personal information about this “poor” individual. Was it a female with her daddies fixtures?
