The political world is all agog about impeachment, and the dance we are seeing is reminiscent of a rave party. There is noise at ear-splitting levels, but nothing meaningful. There are fanatic zombies, all screaming for attention, as though their antics warrant examination and acclaim. Each MSM camera seems to fuel a drug-like fervor to feed an insatiable ego, and nowhere can a quiet voice of reason be heard over the din.
Those attending the event are all sure they are the stars of the production, but each of them now must carry the burden of impeachment fever alone. Sure, there are a lot of others talking a good game, but which of them will bell the cat?
Jerrold Nadler, who always seems too small for any role he has, cannot lead with the force of his intellect, and seniority does not a leader make. Schiff, whose obsequious appearances have been fraught with falsehoods, has already faltered. He is now without a written script, attesting to his genius. In the Senate, nary a Democrat champions the call for impeachment, for it means they must go on the record — something career-minded politicians don't want to do.
Among the newbies of the House, the heft of a coherent argument for impeachment is laughably out of range. It takes at least two of them combined to reach a three-digit I.Q. What they can do is scream at the top of their lungs, gesticulate wildly, misquote any source, and dominate a news cycle like a major hurricane. They cannot enlist the assistance of their fellow man, because they can't do any of the heavy lifting themselves.

The impeachment nonsense can be put to rest by any republican senator with balls. That senator needs to have Mueller come before the senate and asked “when did you know there was no collusion, and why did you insist on continuing with the investigation after you knew that there was no collusion? What did you think you were going to accomplish by going after an innocent man?”.
I’m sure most Americans are ready to go back to the suck of Obama\Clinton style politics, right?
I doubt it, and any poll that says otherwise is highly suspect.
The sooner the better. The Senator who does that will be a hero. And all the others will wish THEY had been the one to step up.
Pelosi is the tell. She may be bat-crap crazy but her political senses are intact.

Don’t look for Lindsey to haul saint mulehead to his chamber. The risk would be too great some runaway Republican Senator might just ask the dreaded question.
The Mule’s presser was the Dems orchestrating a way to inject saint mulehead’s poison into the media narrative without subjecting the Mule to any pesky questions from one of the House committee Republicans. The Swamp is being too careful to take any chance of the sainted one being put on the spot. Now that the Mule has said “he will say no more” Lindsey will play along and say “there’s nothing else we can do”.
Game over. The Swamp lives on and Trump has to dig it out on his own.
We have a couple of genuine warriors in the House that would do the right thing, and the media/Dems/Rinos/Swamp know it. The Senate is a lost cause, however, although they know how to put up a front to fool Republican voters.
All I expect from the Senate/Barr/Durham/IG is just enough to placate Republican voters, and to make them think they are really working hard to hold the bad guys responsible. We might as well get use to it, and move on to concentrate on helping reelect Trump. He’s the only one willing to fight for the country.
All the impeachment talk is just that. TALK. The Swamp keeping voters on edge right up to November 2020. Works out good for Rush, Sean, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS, NYT, WP, as all the hysterical talk creates lots a listeners.
Do it Democrats. Please. Just go for it.

If a poll was ever conducted with the question “Is our two party system working” ? The response would be 90% negative. What is being employed by This so called coup d’etat against Trump should not be viewed as against Trump but an impeachment of our constitution. .
Everything the man has attempted to get done has been blocked by a radical group composed mainly of members of the democrat party in top leadership legislative and judicial branches of government who view the constitution as an obstacle to their concepts of government intrusion on individdual liberty guaranteed by it as they advance their policies.

Not being snarky, but who fires the first shot? Lots of patriots out there with guns in their safes & the will to use them, but where is the organization and who shall lead?
