I think that is a good thing. I recall early in my adult life, the amount of VERY fertile land outside of Tranna, that was turned into tract housing. The GTA, as it is now called, was only 2.5 million then versus 6.5 million now.

I can only imagine how much more of this valuable resource has been turned over to build housing, especially those from far off lands, who bring their non-Judeo-Christian cultures with them and feel that they are ‘entitled’ to money from the working middle-class, especially from Alberta.
