You’ve got Romney family ownership of IIRC a ballot machine company that has since had to admit that it shipped some machines with PC Anywhere all installed, so cheaters just had to hit some buttons on their phones in rough proximity of the machines to change the counts.
Then there is the infamous “fractional voting” for programming results from a central location.
I believe Jimmy Carter was somehow involved in the first known compromised voting software in LATAM somewhere too.
American Intelligence Media has done a lot of reporting on this. (As has Bev somebody on the fractional voting. I believe it was a young black programmer in SC that discovered that scam originally.)
Soros and the UK gov involved with other voting machine companies, too, I believe.
I believe the old thinking was that Dems would cheat and add an extra 5%. Republicans had to win by that much and more in order to officially win.
I believe in 2016, the Dems went all in and added an extra 10%. That was why Hillary couldn’t possibly lose. Cheating by such a huge margin guaranteed her victory. And that is why the Dems have been in shock that it didn’t work out.
I believe in 2020 the Dems will add 20 to 25% to the vote. Why wouldn’t they??
Carter was “invited” by Chavez to be an “election observer” which is about impossible to pretend he did from a luxury hotel room guarded by a Secret Service contingent but he did go and actually claim he accomplished his task (through ESP, perhaps) and then after the election he claimed it was “fair” when he knew damn well it wasn’t.
