Consumer complaints have prompted the state of Florida to open an investigation into the nonprofit group that raised more than $20 million to build a private border wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
The investigation into the Florida-based group, We Build The Wall, was launched in mid-May, a spokesperson for the Department of Agriculture said in a statement Thursday.

Kolfage and his team insisted they had to remain silent in the lead-up to breaking ground in order to avoid lawsuits from groups like the ACLU.
“Remember powerful people want to stop our progress, so to not tip anyone off we are radio silent!!” Kolfage wrote in a Facebook post in May.

Sunland Park Mayor Javier Perea was also caught by surprise. He announced Tuesday a cease and desist order to the private landowner where We Build The Wall’s barrier was built, alleging a permit wasn’t obtained prior to construction and that the structure was built in violation of a city ordinance.
Kolfage said his organization received the “green light to build” prior to breaking ground and said the city’s cease and desist was “bullshit.”
Kolfage announced Thursday morning that Sunland Park rescinded its order and authorized his group to resume construction.

Back around 1970 I’d ride my dirt bike into the NM desert from El Paso. The international border (oddly no one seemed to know where the TX-NM border was) was marked with a 4-wire fence and border obelisks every mile or so. Place was completely empty. I remember riding up to a locked gate that had a trail leading to it from Mexico. It did have hours listed on when it was opened to traffic.
I remember being struck by how closely the border was monitored in El Paso (even then) and how just a few miles away there appeared to be nobody minding the store at all.

Palm Beach County and their never-ending recounts that lasted through December 2018. A deeply 'D'emocrat dominated county, the Supervisor of Elections (SoE) Susan Bucher, had endless excuses for failing to meet multiple legal deadlines on the 2018 election. The outcome was to hold 3 state-wide races in question, Governor between DeSantis(R) & Gillum(D), US Senator between Scott(R) & Nelson(D) and State Cabinet Agriculture between Caldwell(R) & Fried(D). DeSantis and Scott were successful but Palm Beach County gave Fried enough votes to be elected.
There is unprovable suspicion that with many not voting on this office and supported by the fact that Caldwell got (in PB County) 5k fewer votes (234k) than the next lowest 'R' state-wide (DeSantis at 239k) then there may have been ballot marking in the back room there. Caldwell lost by 6.7k votes statewide. The fact is that the Democrat SoE refused entry to observers for most of a week following the election and one does smell a DemocRAT odor.
FYI Governor DeSantis did use his executive power to replace Ms Bucher this year.

I’m not clear if it is only a statement or if there is an action component.
See if Fried got campaign money from Soros. He has several multi-million front operating trying to elect (and has successfully in some key states), Marxist Secretaries of State (Minn), AGs (Ellison, Minn), and Secy of Agriculture which for some halfassed reasons were given the power to issue gun permits, building permits, etc.
