Should change the UN General Assembly first. It is one nation, one vote ... not the proportionate representation.
A Democrat. A rare good move by one.
We have a year and a half to secure our elections.
We cant even secure the border.
The thing about this rule is that it is not a compact with the other states. That is, it states that it will base its choice of electors on the total votes. Since it is not a agreement with other states per se, it probably would pass constitutional muster.
Its a stupid and ill advised rule...but sometimes you cannot fix stupid.
There should me multiple lawsuits filed to stop this sneaky unconstitutional plots to get rid of the electoral college.
What these (BLUE @hole) states are trying to do is suppress any Trump votes in their states. The @ssh*les who cooked this up are effectively trying to burn all ballots in their state which have Trump votes on them.
Is this so outrageously unconstitutional and illegal that the fake news is simply ignoring what these @hole states are doing?
And by the way, where are our constitutional scholars like Dershowitz and Turley on this? Have they weighed in on this yet?
I still think that if Trump wins the “popular vote” in 2020, all of them will shut up about it.
“Theres no way in H Trump will win the popular vote this year and you can take that to the bank.
What makes you think that?”
Cuz the election isn’t ‘til 2020.
Badda-boom.
Could be. I’ve been wrong b4.
Hopefully the Nevadans will replace the Democrat Thugs that attempted to nullify their votes.
Thank you, God!!!
In the United States of America, an interstate compact is an agreement between two or more states. Article I, Section 10 of the United States Constitution provides that “No State shall, without the Consent of Congress... enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State.”

Would the Legislative branch of the US approve?
Nevada governor vetoed the bill!!
