Citing the ongoing internal investigation of FBI leaks to media, from the 2018 OIG report on FBI conduct, today the Office of Inspector General outlined a preponderance of evidence against a corrupt FBI Deputy Asst. Director. However, the DOJ is refusing to prosecute:
The most alarming aspect is the OIG finding of the Deputy Asst. Director leaking grand jury information to the media, and yet the DOJ is declining to prosecute.
Incredibly, the inspector general (IG) indicated, without explanation, that prosecution of the DAD [deputy assistant director] was declined. Instead, the investigations findings will be referred to the FBI for appropriate action. What the hell is going on?
Unfortunately this is a pattern; and bears striking similarities to the FBI finding clear evidence of former Senate Intelligence Committee Security head James Wolfe leaking the classified FISA application on Carter Page, and yet never facing charges for those leaks.

This info is really rotten. Another rotten prosecutor.
“No reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. . .”
It's now who gets there first with the most.
Imagine the agency payroll, and not one Jack Bauer.
Pathetic.
At least we have the greatest rank and file on earth!
Thanks for posting.
also disappointing was Steve Scalise on Laura Ingraham’s Fox program today, completely ignoring her question about should the Senate Intelligence Committee subpoena Mueller to testify before it.
29 May: Gateway Pundit: Lou Dobbs and Ed Rollins: Where are the Republicans? Will They Ever Stand Up for Trump After Muellers Sideshow? (Video)
by Jim Hoft
Where were the senators and representatives today to defend President Trump?
They were absent as usual...

just think of how much media time is taken up by reporting the responses to Mueller’s statement by the hierarchy of the Dems, PLUS the dozens of Dem 2020 contenders.
and not just on this matter either. it’s no accident there are so many contenders.
What is the immediate significance of this understanding renewed by this article?
Special investigator Muller unburdened himself yesterday of a new backhand slap at the president and exited stage left, declaring that he would not be further forthcoming, even to Congress. But the Democrats in Congress and, importantly, those who are announced to be running for president found just enough in the statement to now urge the impeachment of the president United States. As a result, the news cycle just speeded up. The president is more likely to be impeached, it is likely that initial stages of the impeachment process will begin soon.
Speed is of the essence in this foot race in which the Democrats can so damage the president that he is unelectable one year and a half from now. Speed is of the essence for Democrats to so damage the president in the public mind that subsequent revelations of deep state crimes, especially those crimes leading to the bogus Russia hoax investigation with its offshoot obstruction investigation, will not save him.
This is not to say that the president will be removed from office when impeached, it is to say that his reelection chances could well be severely damaged if Attorney General Barr cannot focus the public mind on the silent coup. This, of course, presumes that Attorney General Barr is motivated to see political justice as well as legal justice done. That assumption might not be warranted simply because the Attorney General sees his role as doing only legal justice. He might very well say to himself, I am not James Comey nor am I Robert Muller who play games, who were public servants who got off the reservation and attempted to tip the scales.
Therefore, I will proceed at my own pace, however painstaking and time consuming that might prove to be, regardless of the political needs of the president, to untangle the tentacles which delay my mission to restore proper constitutional government and expose criminality in the deep state.
Probably the Democrats for their part see the issue as a foot race to so dirty the president that he will be beyond recovery on election day. But they might be wrong, perhaps the main thing is not speed but timing. If they bring an impeachment now, and the Senate promptly acquits as McConnell has promised to do, will the president be rehabilitated in time for the November election in 2020? Obviously, the Democrats will try to drag the proceedings out both in the House where they can control the calendar and in the Senate where they cannot but where they can complain, as long as possible for maximum exposure to the public.
The president's team, on the other hand, has the option of stealing the March by announcing an indictment, preferably of one of the FBI miscreants, and dominating the news cycle. Every time the Democrats move, Barr indicts. So the Republicans can have it both ways, they can steal the March and they can prolong control of the news cycles with exquisite timing right up to election day.
The question is, how does Attorney General Barr see his responsibilities? To undo the wrong that the abuse of the legal system has done, or to demonstrate without reference to politics how the legal system ideally should operate?
What am idiot.
Our Fnunders were well aware of the “Shadow Governent “ that arises. Their structure of the Federal governmant accounted for ii perectly.
They never inagined a unilateral national media dependant upon foreign advertisers though.
The DOJ lawyer that was handed the case, apparently decided not to move forward with the case.
The elites only get so many passes on this.
After a certain point, all bets are off.
What a corrupt system
...and send them their clothes.
I have a friend that is an FBI Agent. We got to talking about the agent in Denver, that was dancing, his gun fell out, went off and he shot someone.
https://www.denverpost.com/2018/06/02/fbi-mile-high-spirits-shooting/
If I remember correctly, I was told that there is a lot of bad blood between Denver PD and the FBI(that’s pretty much the way it is everywhere, not just Denver) and that is why they went after the guy.
Anywho, I was told that it was kind of BS that the agent had to plead to assault to avoid going to prison and that he lost his job. If you watch the video the gun, presumably a Glock, doesn’t go off when it falls out. It goes off from a Negligent Discharge on the part of a member of the most elite law enforcement agency on the planet.
Moral of the story .... had the local cops not hated the FBI as much as they did, this all would have been swept under the rug as if nothing had happened.
What a corrupt system ... is an understatement.
