What is the House going to use as justification for High Crimes and Misdemeanors.?
As I understand impeachable offenses must take place while the official is in office and is sworn in.
These supposed ‘crimes’ took place prior to Donald Trump taking office . He was NOT a sworn official even if the crimes actually took place.

1.Prove that the Maltese professor Mifsud was acting as a Russian agent when his history is serving as a Western asset. So, who put Mifsud up to planting the Russian disinformation with Papadopoulos?
2. Prove that Russians hacked the DNC server when NO US agency - clandestine or otherwise - inspected the server?
3. Why did the FBI intercept Papadopoulos and his luggage at Dulles Airport to look for $10,000 in undeclared currency? What did these agents hope to accomplish if the currency had been discovered?
