In other words, the recent State Bans that have been enacted to “test” Roe v Wade will be struck down.

Just another waste of time by those States which will sanctify Abortion until the moment of Birth (if not after).

Now back to our regularly scheduled broadcast.

It is sad to say but yes you are most likely correct.
The judicial system is setup to consider previous rulings by the Supreme Court.

This is why the RATS pulled out all the stops to ram thru Healthcare.
Once its in place and ruled by the Supreme Court, it is almost impossible to get rid of.

The truth is, I felt these states were going too soon. I don’t find either Roberts or Kavanaugh to be trustworthy on this. I would like to see if Trump got more picks for the Court b/c then you would have 6 or 7 votes.

I agree.
Things don’t always go as planned. I hate for any more children to be aborted, but pushing to the Supreme Court just because a new person is on it doesn’t mean a thing. How many times in the past 60 years have any ‘conservative’ or Republican appointed judges stayed true to their principles. Scalia and Thomas are the only ones.
