It is a toss up if the Japanese or Han Chinese are more racist.
And they are racists in the true sense of the word in that they hold their race to be the only civilized people.
The rest of the world is a bunch of uncultured barbarians.
On the other hand you would have a tough time painting them as white supremacists.
