NIGEL Farage tonight delivered a massive “wake-up call” to the Tories and Labour as he led the Brexit Party to a historic win in the European elections. Millions of voters deserted the two main parties and flocked to Mr Farage in a bid to show their fury at the failure of the political class to deliver Brexit.

It’s the EU Parliament.
Which does nothing and impacts nothing.

There were some leavers who angrily stayed at home because they no longer consider Britain’s membership legitimate and are boycotting it. Stupid attitude to have, because that just leaves the field open for the remoaners to take, but those people do exist.

Well, I’m confused because this is called the EU parliament, not the British parliament. Are there 2 separate parliaments, and if so, which one controls what???

I’m betting that by tomorrow there will be allegations that the Russians interfered in the election as well as the election in France. The dems and their media puppetmasters will use these results to justify the Russia hoax.

To be fair to Corbyn (which is tough because I hate the Hezbollah loving, IRA supporting Marxist bastard) he is a brexiter at heart, but he is held hostage to a party that is overwhelmingly pro-remain, and his dribbling band of brownshirted grassroots supporters in Momentum view all talk of leaving the EU as fascist and racist, so he’s caught in a bind and cannot follow his conscience were Brexit is concerned. I have no doubt he would just take Britain out of the EU and stick two fingers up to Brussels if he could.

> We had the Reagan/Thatcher team... how about Trump/Farage <

I love it!

The third member of the Reagan/Thatcher team was, of course, Pope John Paul II. The current pope wrecks everything he touches. So we need to look elsewhere for a third member for the Trump/Farage team. May I suggest the Hungarian prime minister, Viktor Orbán?

The EU demanded that Hungary admit more "peaceful" Muslim immigrants. Here's how Orbán responded:

Don’t mistake Brexit for “Draining the Swamp”. The Brits are Brexiting their way to more government, taxes, and socialism not less. I see no cause for celebration. They may be able to slow down Islamic immigration but I doubt they will. Sure the Tories don’t like the hit it to their Euro bonafides but soon enough they will be merrily expanding the Brit nanny state.

“Regarding the ‘Uni-party’: What better illusion of freedom than the illusion of choice?”

I agree, which is a big reason they hate Trump.

Hard Brexit is the best path despite the fearmongers. Immediate success and trade with Donald Trump’s revived America, and the EU will crumble. Let us be vigilant this serpent does not rise it’s head again.
